Secure a block room rate and customize your stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Newtown Square, PA. We offer the following services to help make your planning stress-free:

• Room Blocks: Discounted group rates offered for a minimum of 10 rooms.
• Reservation Link: Our team can provide you with a unique complimentary reservation link that makes it easy for your guests to reserve their rooms.
• Group List: If you have a list of your guests, we can make the reservations for you!
• Rooming Lists: We can send you a list showing which of your guests have reserved a room and their arrival date.
• Bridal Suite: Offered as a FREE upgrade to the couple getting married!
• Comp Policy: Earn 1 Complimentary Room night for every 30 room nights paid and consumed within the Room Block.
• Catering Options: Flexible menu options available for Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Farewell Brunch, Welcome Receptions and After Parties.
• Bar & Lounge: Extended bar hours on wedding night and optional late night kitchen.
• Welcome Bags Distribution: Can be personally handed-out for $3 per bag or complimentary distributed.

Meeting & Event Spaces

Host meetings and events for up to 48 guests in our state-of-the-art function space. Our versatile meeting rooms feature modern AV equipment, flexible layouts, and dedicated event coordination.

The Hilton Garden Inn Ballroom accommodates up to 120 guests for larger events, receptions, and celebrations.
